Obiettivo del corso
The objective of the SAP Business One Business Processes training course is to prepare a professional figure to organize business processes and plan business resources integrating the SAP Business ONE management software. His competences encompass business organization, business process management, monitoring and decision support tools, and knowledge of information systems.
Topics covered in the training course
- Business organization -
The objective of the module is to analyze, together with course participants, processes, procedures and organization, using ERP solutions.
- Introduction to ERP -
The module introduces the SAP b1 both its organizational implementation standpoint, as well as its technical one. (architecture and system administration).
- Logistics management with SAP b1 -
The module is designed to provide advanced skills pertaining to the implementation and management of the system through a complete assets and liabilities cycle. It will also analyze system customizing tools.
- Administration management with SAP b1 -
The module aims to provide skills pertaining to the operational use and to customizing modules for accounting and management control. Content: basic data and general ledger accounting processes, customers and suppliers, assets, banks, cash, core business processes, management control methodologies, and integration of logistics management system modules.
- Advanced performance management
The module aims to provide the tools to understand, analyze and design management control systems, to manage business processes, especially focused on monitoring and evaluation systems called “activity based costing” and “process performance”.
Methodology of the training course
The SAP Business One Business Processes training course provides active and participatory teaching methods that stimulate a fruitful individual and group dynamics. Through the course there are several tools used, such as case discussions, exercises, classroom studies and simulations. Educational material, such as books, articles, handouts, didactic notes, case studies, and exercises, will be provided to promote classroom dialogue, self-study and full topic understanding.
